Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F
Step 2
Dice tomato and mix together with Dijon, olive oil, salt (to taste), and chopped basil
Step 3
Place fish in baking dish and top with tomato mixture.

Bake fish for about 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked through (color will turn opaque white).

Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over fish.
