Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 180 C. Place all the ingredients apart from the chicken in a large oven proof dish and gently stir to ensure the ingredients are evenly mixed.
Step 2
2. Place chicken on top and spoon over some of the sauce. Place in the oven for 40 mintues, turning over the chicken half way through
Step 3
3. Serve with couscous, rice, chickpeas, potatoes, bulgar wheat, root vegetables.
