Instructions
Step 1
· Blanch Spinach and Broccoli and make puree – Boil water in a big pan, add Spinach and Broccoli, cook for 5 min, strain the water and put it in the cold water for 5 min, remove water and make a puree
Step 2
· Rough chop tomatoes, ginger, garlic and chilies and make puree
Step 3
· Cut paneer into small pieces
Step 4
· Take a pan, heat the oil, add Cumin, cloves, and all spices except salt and garam masala
Step 5
· Quickly add tomato puree, Sauté for 5 min, and begin to smell the masala
Step 6
· Add Spinach puree, salt and garam masala, stir well and let it cook for 5 min
Step 7
· Add Cream
Step 8
· Add Paneer and cook for 3-4 min
Step 9
· Serve with Naan or Jeera rice
