Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add the mayonnaise, pickles, grated onion, paprika, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, vinegar, and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
Step 2
Dice the onion, shred the lettuce, and cut the American cheese. Set aside.
Step 3
In a wok or pan on high heat, add oil. Once oil starts to smoke add the ground beef. Sautee the ground beef until it is almost cooked. Add the onion and sautee for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the rice and salt, and mix well until there are no more clumps, and rice is warmed through. Turn off heat. Add lettuce and cheese and mix until cheese just starts to melt.
Step 5
Serve on plate or bowl with sauce both on top and bottom of the rice. Garnish with sesame seeds on top. Serve warm.
