Step 1
In a skillet over high heat melt butter add onion, celery, carrots and sauté for five minutes. Add garlic and sauté for an additional minute. Cut the heat. In a large bowl combine bread, sautéed veggies, seasonings, any fresh herbs you like, chicken broth, and eggs. Once well combined place into a baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
