Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350º.

Wash asparagus. Cut off tough ends. Cook in rapidly boiling salted water until tender. Place in baking dish.

Melt butter, then pour over asparagus. Pepper lightly. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese turns slightly brown.
