Step 1
Peel, cube and boil the potatoes. Meanwhile, fry off the onion and garlic in some oil until soft.

Mash the potatoes and mix in the cooked onion & garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, paprika and dill. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out approx 15-16 potato balls onto an oven-proof tray lined with parchment paper.

Step 3
Using a teaspoon, form a well in the middle of each potato ball to create a little cup. Add a cube of feta and some fried bacon pieces. Sprinkle grated cheese and cook in the oven/air fryer until golden-brown (180°C for around 15-20 minutes). ENJOY!
