Pasta with pancetta and peas

Instructions

Step 1
Grate Parmesan.
Step 2
Boil water and generously salt, cook pasta 2min to finish, 9min for fusilli
Step 3
Meanwhile heat pancetta in olive oil on medium
Step 4
Put peas in pasta pot 3 min in (2min if using frozen)
Step 5
Put chopped green onion in pancetta 2min in, season with black pepper
Step 6
When pasta done, drain and save 1 cup of water, put pasta in pancetta, turn heat to medium high with pasta water (put 1/4 at a time).
Step 7
Turn off heat and put mint, juice, zest and Parmesan, more black pepper.
Step 8
Crumble feta on top and grate more black pepper.
