Tomato and Chicken Cauliflower Casserole

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Cut up Cauliflower into bite size pieces
Step 3
In a mixing bowl combine 2 Cans of Campbells Tomato Soup and 2 Cans of cream of chicken soup. Add 1 can of cream and mix well.
Step 4
Place the cut up Cauliflower into the 13x9 casserole dish and place the Chicken on top of the cauliflower.
Step 5
Pour the soup mix over the entire pan, chicken and cauliflower and fill it good.
Step 6
Put shredded cheese over the top of the chicken and cauliflower.
Step 7
Salt and Pepper to taste. I use a lot of fresh cracked pepper. You can also add crushed red pepper into the mix for a little warmth.
Step 8
Place in top rack of oven for 45 -60 mins depending on the size of the chicken. When chicken is 165°F remove from oven, let cool for 5 mins then serve.
