Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined. Heat a donut pan over medium heat and lightly grease. Fill each donut hole 3/4 full with batter. Cook donuts for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. For the glaze, mix together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk or sugar as needed. Dip each cooled donut into the glaze, then return to the wire rack and allow the glaze to set before serving.
