Instructions

Prawns

Step 1
Mince the parsley.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. add the prawns and fry for about 1min.

Add the seasoning and fry for another minute.
Step 4
Pure in the white wine. Reduce the heat to medium. Let the wine reduce for about 1,5-2min.

Salad

Step 5
Dice the mango and avocado, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and mince the parsley.
Step 6
Add everything to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Wrap

Step 7
Top the front center of the wrap with the salad and prawn salad.
Step 8
Drizzle on the pomegranate balsamic cream.
Step 9
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 10
Roast the wrap on all sides. Enjoy!
