Instructions
Step 1
Grease a baking tin of about 20x20cm (7"x7") and line with baking parchment
Step 2
Pre-heat oven to 180C or Gas Mark 4
Step 3
Melt the butter, syrup and sugar in a hot pan
Step 4
Take off the heat and stir in the porridge oats, spice, nuts and sultanas if using
Step 5
Pour and spread evenly into the baking tin for 20mins (or until golden) at 180C/Gas Mark 4
