Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until it's smooth and creamy. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until it's fully incorporated.

Add vanilla extract to the mixture and stir.
Step 4
Gradually mix in the flour and a pinch of salt, beating on low speed until it's just combined.

Gently fold in the chopped Oreo cookies and the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Make sure each mound of dough is at least 2 inches apart from each other.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set. The centers may still appear slightly undone but that's okay, they will set as they cool.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
