Once seasoned, place the shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes until they're pink and cooked through. While the shrimp is cooking, prepare the creamy sauce. Add olive oil and mined garlic in a saucepan over medium heat for 1-2min. Once fragrant, add the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in the grated parmesan until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Lastly, add sun-dried tomatoes, thyme, Italian herbs, and paprika and stir until combined.
