Meatballs
2 cupsmicrowave black rice
finely chopped
1 heaping cupmushrooms
finely chopped
½ cupplain greek yogurt
2eggs
¾ cupbreadcrumbs
1 teaspoonsmoked paprika
1 teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoonsalt
black pepper
½ tspnutmeg
½ tspallspice
½ tsponion powder

Instructions
Step 1
Blend all meatball ingredients together
Step 2
Roll into balls (2tbsp-ish) bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 210
Step 3
Melt butter, add flour and whisk for a minute. Add 1/4 of stock and whisk until thick. Add the rest of the stock and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add cream and cook for 2 more minutes
Step 4
Serve with mashed potato and broccolini
