Since I have homemade roasted garlic and pickled onion in my fridge, I added them in my guacamole! (You can use regular garlic and onion, of course.) This may not be a super authentic Mexican recipe but it turned out soooo flavorful and my family loves it! Would you try it? ☺️🥑
