Ingredients
10 servings
3avocados
large, chopped into small chunks
1 pintcherry tomatoes
chopped into small chunks
4 ouncescrumbled feta cheese
plain
1 bunchfresh parsley
small, chopped fine
1 Tbspolive oil
1 ½ Tbspred wine vinegar
½ tspgarlic powder
salt
to taste
pepper
¼ cupfresh onion
chopped, or 1 tsp onion powder, optional
1 bagtortilla chips
for serving
Instructions
Step 1
Except for the avocados, combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 2
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight, and then chop the avocados and gently stir them in just before serving.
