Oh my! This was 💯
I got the idea from
- she used feta but I didn't have any so I used Boursin and woooo! So yummy! Also- easy to make.🙌
All it takes is 1 spaghetti squash cut in half- drizzled with olive oil and salted.
-place half the cheese in each side.
-add chopped Grape tomatoes
-add 4 cloves garlic, chopped
-more olive oil and salt
Bake at 400° for 1 hour
Mix the cheese and squash together. Add basil and balsamic ❤️
Seriously delicious! Use low fat feta for macro-friendly version
