Itβs so simple, even your kids can make it!
Imagine a little Rachelli in the kitchen cooking at the age of 10 π§πΌ I definitely had no strategy π€
Well that was me! π©πΌβπ³
And every shabbas I made this for my family. It became a staple. We loved it so much I needed to share the recipe with you guys. π₯π«
π Peanut buddy bars π
1 cup creamy light peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips, divided
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large mixing bowl, using an electric or hand-held mixer, combine peanut
butter and margarine. Mix until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla, mixing
well after each addition, until creamy. Add flour and salt. Fold in 1 cup of
chocolate chips. Pour into a greased 9 Γ 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 35-30
minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Let stand
tors minutes. Spread the "melted chocolate chips" on top. Cool. Cut into bars. Enjoy !
