Instructions
Step 1
Wash the cauliflower then cut the florets into bite size pieces . Add them to salted boiling water ( or steamer) and cook half covered for 6 minutes on high . Once done strain into a colander and let it cool
Step 2
Finely chop the whole bulb of garlic then sauté in some olive oil in a pan on medium hear . Cook a minute then add the mustard seeds . Toast them about 30 seconds then add the smoked paprika and cook another 30 seconds and mix well together
Step 3
Add the cauliflower into the pan if needed add a little more olive oil so the seasoning and garlic will completely coat the cauliflower . Add salt and black pepper then serve immediately . You can garnish with any herbs you like and enjoy
