Step 1
Slice onions thinly then add to a frying pan with a little oil and sprinkle over the baking soda

Step 2
Mix well and cook on medium high heat stirring continuously so they get an even color . When they start to become golden add any seasonings you like example salt a pinch of sugar and pepper . Once caramelized serve with your fav sandwich or bolognese or with anything really it will taste amazing.
