Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry and set aside. In large bowl mix well wet, then mix dry into wet. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Using large cookie scoop, scoop into well greased muffin pan and top each with 1 tsp. chocolate chips. Bake as directed and cool for 2 minutes before removing from pan to continue to cool.
