Healthy Chocolate Muffins
5 steps
Prep:10minCook:15min
These are like sweet, sweet heaven, and without any of that evil sugar or flour so you don't need to feel guilty. In fact, they're more like fudge than muffins because of their texture. But hey, if you put them in a muffin liner then they're muffins, right?

Instructions
Step 1
First Preheat oven to 250C
Step 2
Next, use a hand mixer or food processor to combine all of the ingredients (except for your optional mix-ins) until well blended.
Step 3
Then, use a spatula or spoon to fold in a handful of chocolate chips or walnuts if you're using them.
Step 4
Fill 6 cupcake liners evenly to the top. These healthy chocolate muffins will not rise like regular muffins because they do not include dry ingredients. So don't worry about filling them too high.
Step 5
Finally, bake for approximately 15 minutes.
