Instructions
Step 1
Boil your chicken breasts first. SEASON THE WATER! I used salt, garlic powder, and a packet of Sazón Goya and half a yellow onion. Boil breasts for about 20 minutes
Step 2
When the breasts are done, take them out and put them in a bowl to cool before you shred it. I also took out the onion that was boiled with the chicken and shredded that in with the chicken
Step 3
Preheat Oven to 350º F. Lightly spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Step 4
Remember to season as you go, once the chicken is shredded add a little SPG (salt, pepper, garlic) Once shredded put the chicken into a large bowl. (you need a bigger bowl than you think)
Step 5
Add in the entire 16 oz container of sour cream, the cream of chicken soup, and cheese to the chicken. Mix well.
Step 6
Dump mixture into greased baking dish, add in frozen tots. Fold everything together so it is evenly distributed.
Step 7
Bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and exposed tots are slightly golden.
