In a boiling water place in cubed potatoes and boil for 10 mins

Heat up the cast iron, In a hot oil pan add… (this order)
- onions (4 mins)
- garlic (1 min)
- tomatoes (3 mins) - bell pepper (4 mins)
- Cooked Potatoes
Mix all together and season with - Salt - Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika (smoked and regular) - Onion powder
Step 4
Make wells for the eggs and crack each one at a time and fill the wells
Step 5
Bake the eggs for 5 - 10 mins at 400f
