Step 1
1. Chop vegetables and shrimp into bite size pieces.
Step 2
2. Add 3 tbsp of light margarine (or add layer of oil spray) to a pan. Once 80% melted add chopped onion. Cook for 1 minute.

3. Add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
4. Add chopped poblano peppers and jalapeños and cook for 3 minutes.

5. Mix well and add tomato. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
6. Add shrimp and seasonings of choice. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
Step 7
7. Mix nonfat Greek yogurt, chipotle salsa (the more, the spicier), and juice of 1 lime to make the chipotle crema.
Step 8
8. To make 1 serving of tacos: heat 4 low calorie corn tortillas for 30 seconds on each side.

9. Add 14 G of fat free cheese and ~1 oz shrimp mixture. Fold and close with a toothpick.
Step 10
10. Add the 4 tacos to an air fryer and add a layer of oil spray.
Step 11
11. Air fry at 375° F for 7-8 minutes. Flip halfway.
Step 12
12. Once cooled, remove the toothpicks and divide 0.5 c of cabbage between the tacos and 50 G chipotle crema.
