Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet heat 1 tablespoon of oil
Step 2
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and half of chopped white onion. Cook until onion is translucent.
Step 3
Add 1lb of ground chicken. Season with taco seasoning and the juice of one lime.
Step 4
Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
Step 5
To form your tacos take a flour tortilla and on half add a thin layer of mixed taco cheese, a layer of cooked ground chicken, and another thin layer of cheese.
Step 6
Fold taco in half and press. Repeat until all of your tacos are formed.
Step 7
Place all of your tacos on a greased baking sheet.
