Instructions

Step 1
Dice the onion to desired size
Step 2
Add olive oil and set the Instant Pot to sauté
Step 3
Brown the ground beef, adding the taco seasoning and onion, then drain the fat
Step 4
Add the pasta shells, jalapenos, beef broth, and salsa; fill half the empty salsa jar with water and add that to the pot
Step 5
Mix the ingredients thoroughly
Step 6
Seal the vent and set to Pressure Cook on high for 4 minutes; quick release when the timer goes off
Step 7
Once safe to open, remove the lid from your Instant Pot and stir in 1/2 cup of cheese until melted. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the pasta, then replace the lid to let the cheese melt for 5 minutes (do not seal the vent)
Step 8
Once the cheese is melted, enjoy!
