Instructions
Step 1
Cut dates in the mid section to open up.
Step 2
Using a tsp or adequate utensil scoop 1 tsp of Natural Peanut Butter stuff into Date. Repeat process on all 20 Dates.
Step 3
Using a baking tray or square pan align with parchment paper. Place Peanut Butter stuff Dates in tray and place in the freezer.
Step 4
In a ceramic bowl measure your Chocolate in weight. Add 2 Tbsp of Coconut Oil.
Step 5
Place bowl in a saucer pan or pan with water. Set burner on stove to medium heat to melt chocolate with coconut oil. 5min into heating stir occasionally to prevent sticking on bowl. Once chocolate has melted turn off burner.
Step 6
Remove Dates from the freezer. Using a spoon slowly submerge one Date at a time into the melted chocolate mix. Make sure to cover entire Date and then put back on tray with parchment paper.
Step 7
Once all 20 Dates are covered in chocolate add a pinch of Sea Salt per Date. Whatever remainder of melted mix you can douse your Dates for a final coating. Place back into freezer and within 1-3hrs your Dates will be frozen and ready for eating.
