0.5Lobster Meat
Freshly cooked or CKL Lobster Meat, Previously cooked

½ cupmayonnaise

0.25 CupCelery
1/4” Dice

2 Tbsplemon juice
freshly squeezed

1 Tbspgreen onions
chopped

1 Tbspparsley
chopped

kosher salt

black pepper
freshly ground

1 fl ozolive oil

8 ouncesShrimp
41-50 count, Peeled and deveined

1 tspsea salt

½ tspblack pepper
freshly cracked

10 ouncesGnocchi

½ cupmushrooms
sliced

½ cupgrape tomatoes
halved

2 Tbsppeas

1 CupLobster Bisque
Your favorite

1 Tbspparmesan cheese

½ tspFresh Parsley
Chopped

sriracha mayo
Optional, Alternatively, or citrus aioli in place of the plain mayonnaise to pump up the flavor
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, green onions, parsley, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
Step 2
Gently mix together with a rubber spatula until combined, reserve in the fridge until ready to use.
Step 3
Heat a large sauté pan over medium high heat.
Step 4
Add your Olive Oil once the pan is hot. Then add the Shrimp and season with Salt and Pepper. Sear the Shrimp on both sides, about 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the Gnocchi and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the Gnocchi begins to brown.
Step 6
Combine Lobster Thermidor mix with Gnocchi and Shrimp
