Instructions

For the pesto

Step 1
Put the basil, rucola, pinenuts, salt, pepper, garlic and grated pecorino into a food processor.

Step 2
Cut the bread in half and spread some mayo on both sides.

Place some salad and tomato slices on the bottom side. Add the salmon, pesto and the brie cheese.
