When I was in Italy, the Italian man hosting our sail told me off for putting two types of meat in my sandwich haha. He wasn’t really yelling at me but he was definitely very passionate about how to prepare the sandwich the Italian way 😅 can’t blame him tbh, AND he was absolutely right! Less is more, and you actually get to taste every ingredient properly when there aren’t too many.
So I went to the South Melbourne Market today and picked up some ingredients from the deli to throw together this sandwich! I had visited To Be Frank bakery earlier in the day and knew I needed some freshhhh high quality deli snacks to fill my beautiful To Be Frank focaccia with
