Instructions
Step 1
Brown the sausages in a large frying pan, and add to the slow cooker once browned.
Step 2
Chop onions and mushrooms. Fry until soft and add garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in tomatoes, stock, salt, and pepper. Bring to the boil, stirring.
Step 4
Pour mixture over sausages and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Step 5
When almost done, cook the pasta.
Step 6
Take out the sausages, slice, and mix them back into the sauce with the pasta.
