Simply creating your own cinnamon sugar chips with a protein powder icing is DELICIOUS! You can sub out different flavors for the protein powder. PEScience Cake Pop is delicious as well as Quest flavors. I used FlavorGod cinnamon sugar on the chips but you can use stevia and cinnamon or Feast Mode.

Instructions
Step 1
Make icing: Place about 1/2 scoop (15g-17g) protein powder into a small bowl. Add 2.5 Tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk and a packet of stevia. Mix until smooth and then pop into the freezer. Make chips: Cut lavash bread into triangles. Spray pan and chips with Olive Oil Cooking Spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon/stevia or FlavorGod/Feast Mode. Toast in Air Fryer for 3-4 minutes. Once finished, pull icing out of freezer and use for dipping or pour all over the chips. Enjoy!
