Step 1
1. Marinate chicken overnight in lemon juice and garlic.
Step 2
2. Place chicken on a wire rack over a cookie sheet and season with 4Tb* salt, chili and cayenne mixture; let sit in fridge overnight. *Most of this salt you will end up shaking off before grilling, the amount is different in ingredients for macros.
Step 3
3. Grill (Oven 425, skin up) chicken until done, skin is crisp.
