Instructions

Step 1
Slightly pound the lamb chops, this will tenderise the meat
Step 2
Make the marinade and mix in the lamb chops thoroughly
Step 3
Let it marinade overnight or at least 2 hours
Step 4
Add a few tablespoons of oil and get griddle or pan really hot then turn down to medium low
Step 5
Cook your lamb chops, don't overcrowd the pan
Step 6
Leave it to cook for around 5 to 6 mins, don't touch them as it's cooking
Step 7
Flip it over and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes. Don't touch it but baste using a couple of tablespoon of butter, continually baste it
Step 8
Trust the cooking process, you'll get soft charred juicy lamb chops
Step 9
Serve and enjoy
