Ingredients
4 servings

2 lbschicken breast

½ cupplain Greek yogurt

¼ cupolive oil

4garlic cloves

1 tspcumin

1 tspcoriander

1 tsponion powder

1 tsppaprika

1 tspall spices

1 tspcardamom

1 tspturmeric

1 ½ Tbspsalt

1 tsplemon juice

½ cupplain yogurt
Garlic sauce

¼ cupmayo

2garlic cloves

1 tsplemon juice

paprika

salt

pepper

3 cupsJasmine Rice
Yellow Rice

3 cupsChicken Stock

2 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspbutter

1 tspturmeric

½ tspsalt

½ tsppepper

½ Tbspcoriander

1 tspcumin
Instructions
Step 1
Chicken: 1.Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. 2.Put in your chicken things and Marinate for at least 3 to 24 hours. 3.Pre-heat the oven to 425 Fahrenheit and prepare the baking tray by wiping/ spraying it with oil. 4.Put your chicken and let bake for 30 - 40 minutes making sure that it is browning outside. Let it rest for 10 minutes and cut it into the desired size. Note: The chicken from the oven is already juicy and good to go but | wanted to get the crispy outside, so | decided to panfry it for 3 minutes. frarlin nainan:

Garlic sauce: 1. Combine everything in a bowl. Feel free to add more lemon if you want it a bit citrusy. Paprika will give it a bit of a smoky flavour.







Step 3
Rice: 1.Wash your rice then remove the water and set it aside. 2.In a pot, put your oil and butter. Once the butter is melted, put in your spices and mix. 3. Put in your rice, then mix until everything is coated. 4.Pour your chicken stock and let it boil without the lid over medium heat. If little bubbles started to show, cover it with the lid and let it cook on low heat for 12 minutes or until there is no more liquid. 5. When it is cooked, fluff your rice with a spoon and let it rest for another 5-8 minutes before serving. less
