Use EXACTLY the amount of chia seeds. I used generous tablespoons thinking it was better. It came out like fudge. It was still delicious but I had to thin it out with oat milk. I also made in a plastic bowl because I didn’t have glass containers. There was no difference. Was able to eat it for a few days.
