Instructions

Step 1
1. Crumble sausage into pot and cook at medium heat

2. Add red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, onion, and garlic

3. Saute until sausage is fully cooked and drain

4. Add chicken broth and Italian seasoning
Step 5
5. Increase heat to high, and bring to a boil

6. Add diced potatoes, cover, and reduce heat to simmer and cook potatoes until tender
Step 7
7. Place milk, cream cheese, flour, and salt in blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 8
8. Heat butter over medium-low in small saucepan and add milk mixture until stirrable pudding consistency
Step 9
9. Add mixture and chopped spinach to pan
