These donut bites are golden and delicious on the outside and super fluffy on the inside . They take only minutes to make which in my opinion is the best part besides eating them :)

Step 1
In a large bowl mix 1 cup /140 grams self rising flour then add baking powder and whisk to combine

Add 3/4 cup or 190 g natural yogurt then mix until a wet tacky dough is formed . Put this dough Into a piping bag or ziplock bag and snip the end off just before using

Step 3
Heat oil on medium until a piece of batter dropped in starts to bubble then add blobs of the natter into the oil 5 at a time. Fry about 3 minutes or until golden then drain. Once cooked you can serve them how you like . I like to dip in chocolate or roll in sugar or cinnamon sugar .
