Instructions

Step 1
Add [optional] ground beef, mushrooms, onions and garlic to skillet; cook until meat is browned, stir occasionally.
Step 2
Add in skillet your pasta sauce, the tomatoes and water, mix thoroughly. Cover and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Prepare pasta by boiling in salted water for 3/4 of cook time, then add to mixture on medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Top with cheese and let pasta stand, covered, for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
