Instructions
Step 1
Sauté rice in oil until golden, about 4 minutes. Add onion, garlic, cumin, salt and sauté for another 3 minutes. Add tomato sauce and cook another 3 minutes. Add broth and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Cover and simmer over low heat for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve hot.
