Step 1
Add olive oil to pot

Step 2
Add chopped onion, jalapeños and pasta shells to the pot. Sauté until pasta is golden / toasted.



Step 3
Add chicken broth & fill the rest of the way with water depending on your preference of soupy-ness. Add the chicken bouillon, tomato juice, green chiles, seasonings & stir. Bring to a boil, then simmer until shells are done.







Step 4
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef & season well. Add minced garlic. Drain the grease and add the meat to the pot.






Step 5
Once pasta is tender, you’re ready to serve. Garnish each bowl with a fresh squeezed lime and crumbled cotija cheese. Enjoy!
