Instructions

Step 1
Generously season pork butt with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear on all sides in a skillet over medium high heat.

Place seared meat in crockpot and add chicken broth, orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, green chilies, chopped onion, and all seasonings.

Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred meat when finished cooking.
Step 4
Dip corn tortillas in crockpot juice and place in skillet over medium high heat. Add meat and cheese to tortilla and fold over to create taco. Fry on both sides to create crispy outer layer.
