4 steps
Cook:10min
SPEEDY GYOZA RAMEN ๐Ÿœ Is there anything better than a big, cosy bowl of ramen when itโ€™s grey and rainy outside? ๐Ÿ˜ this one is super quick to make, itโ€™s all in one pot and itโ€™s ready in about 10 minutes - perfect for those nights when you canโ€™t be bothered cooking! Recipe serves 2 For the broth: 1 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil 1 tbsp miso 1 tbsp tamari/soy sauce 1 large garlic clove/1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp minced ginger 500ml vegetable stock 250ml soya milk 2 portions of pre-cooked noodles or instant ramen noodles 2 portions frozen gyoza Toppings of choice (I had edamame, pak Choi, sesame seeds and chilli oil) Add the tahini, miso, sesame oil, tamari/soy sauce, garlic and ginger to a pot. Add a splash of broth and whisk together to make a smooth, creamy paste. Add the broth and soy milk and whisk well. Bring to a simmer and leave to bubble for a few minutes to cook out the ginger and garlic. Add the ramen noodles and gyoza and cover with a lid. Leave to simmer for a further couple of minutes until cooked through. Serve in bowls, add your toppings and enjoy! ๐Ÿ’›
