Instructions
Step 1
Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Step 2
Combine egg, milk, and salad oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just till flour is moistened. ((Batter will be lumpy))
Step 3
Cook on a hot, buttered griddle. Makes 6 1/2 cup pancakes.
Step 4
Optional: Add berries to make a colorful and sweeter pancake.
Step 5
Cook 2 cups of frozen berries and add 1/2 cup sugar and sauté for a berry syrup:)
Step 6
Refrigerate extras. Good for up to a week refrigerated and up to six months frozen.
