Instructions

Step 1
Mix wet ingredients (not the butter) and dry ingredients separately.
Step 2
Combine wet and dry ingredients together.
Step 3
Melt butter and mix into batter
Step 4
DO NOT MIX LUMPS OUT! Its important to have some lumps in batter, then the pancakes will be fluffy.
Step 5
Spoon onto hot griddle 1/4 cup ar a time, flipping when edges look a little dry.
