Step 1
Brown the meat on each side. When finished, drain the grease. I like to season with TACO seasoning.
Step 2
Chop up the onion, cilantro, and velveeta cheese
Step 3
Put all ingredients in the crockpot on high for 2-3 hours
Step 4
Serve on TACOS or just as a dip with tortilla chips.
