Broccoli Salad is loaded with flavor and textures. The addition of pepitas and raisins add a little crunch and a soft chew to this delicious salad. You could switch out the pepitas for pecans or walnuts if you prefer. This salad gives you opportunity to use fresh vegetables from your garden and makes this salad taste all the better. The dressing for the salad is 3 ingredients, very easy and delicious! The salad is best chilled for a few hours before serving but if you are like me, as soon as it's made I have to taste test. Enjoy!
