Peanut Curry Vegan Chicken Pizza

Change up your pizza night flavors with peanut curry vegan chicken pizza. In this recipe, the sauce is what holds this pizza recipe together. I make so much of it that you put it on the pizza as the sauce and you drizzle the rest over the top of the remaining ingredients after pulling the pizza from the oven.

Ingredients
8 servings
vegan chicken
cooked and cut into strips if necessary, I used chicken scallopini
1pizza dough
store-bought
½ cupnatural peanut butter
2 Tbspgarlic sauce and marinade
organic
1 Tbspgochujang paste
2 ½ tsptamarind concentrate
2 tspcurry powder
1 tspsesame oil
1 tspfresh ginger
grated
1 Tbsprice vinegar
¼ cupwater
4baby bella mushrooms
thinly sliced
0.5red bell pepper
thinly sliced
1green onion
thinly sliced white and green parts divided
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°F
Step 2
Spread dough into a 16” circle and place on a lightly oiled pizza pan
Step 3
Whisk together peanut butter, garlic sauce, gochujang, tamarind, curry powder, sesame oil, ginger, rice vinegar, and water in a bowl
Step 4
Spread half of the sauce mixture over the pizza dough
Step 5
Top with vegan chicken, mushrooms, pepper, and white parts of the onion
Step 6
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is crisp and golden
Step 7
Remove pizza from oven and drizzle with remaining peanut sauce and top with green parts of the onion
